①All kinds of raw materials must be listed, orderly, clearly marked, and neatly stacked.

②Operate strictly according to the mixing procedure and discharge temperature. It is strictly forbidden to violate the procedure of feeding and discharging at low temperature or over temperature. During the mixing process, we must pay close attention to whether there is leakage in the discharge door of the hot mixing and cold mixing tanks? If it is found, it must be dealt with in time. Otherwise, some materials in the hot mixing tank will go directly into the cold mixing without being superheated, and will not be fully dispersed; some materials in the cold mixing tank will be directly discharged without being cold mixed without sufficient cooling, which will directly affect the quality of the mixture. .

③Thermocouple and instrument are important instruments for displaying and monitoring the temperature of the mixture. It is necessary to regularly compare the temperature, time instrument and thermocouple. Always keep the thermocouple and meter in good and sensitive condition. Before mixing work, be sure to carefully check whether the thermocouple is installed in place? Is it wrapped by the material? Is it damaged?

④Before work, you must carefully check whether the filter screen of the PVC aniseed feeding tank is in good condition. If any damage is found, it must be replaced or disposed of in advance.

⑤ Regularly check the mixer, and carefully clean up the cover plate of the mixer, the adhered material of the leaf pulp or the dead space accumulated in the mixture. When cleaning, it is strictly forbidden to carry hard objects such as steel, iron, copper, etc., and it is strictly forbidden for any sundries to fall into the mixer tank.

⑥In the middle and later stages of the mixing process, be sure to regularly check whether the exhaust bag of the mixing tank is blocked? Unblock in time to avoid affecting the removal of moisture and volatiles.

⑦The mixed raw materials are transported to the storage tank in real time, and should be stored for 24 hours at room temperature for aging treatment to eliminate the static electricity generated during the mixing process and improve the apparent density and fluidity of the dry mix. If the resting time after mixing is too short, the profile is prone to "pant" and the phenomenon of "bridging" occurs on the self-weight feeding extruder during extrusion.

⑧The color material mixture must be received separately, and the mixed material is strictly prohibited to be transported to the storage tank, so as not to pollute the automatic feeding system. The color material must be closed after being manually received in the bag, and it is not allowed to stack at the enemy's mouth, so as not to return moisture and affect the quality of the mixture

⑨After mixing the color material, be sure to clean the material tank carefully. Use PVC material for further cleaning until the cleaning is completely clean and no variegated color. The PVC material in the cleaning mixing tank can be used as a mixing cleaning material, and cannot be used as an extrusion production material.

⑩ After the mixing work is completed, carefully clean the workplace and keep the environment clean, hygienic and civilized at all times.

⑪ If there is a paste failure during mixing, the material tank must be carefully cleaned with soft metal in time. Wear a gas mask when cleaning to protect personal safety.

⑫ During the production stoppage, be sure to keep people on duty and start the mixer regularly to prevent the computer program from being lost.
