B564 is a terpolymer of methyl methacrylate, butadiene and styrene. It is a product carefully developed by Japan's Kanyuan Company using advanced synthetic resin technology to improve the toughness of PVC. It has good compatibility with PVC, thus ensuring its uniform dispersion in PVC and excellent processability. Excellent surface finish as well as rigidity retention.  The particle size is uniform and not affected by the mixing process. No migration, no blooming phenomenon. It is odorless and has no effect on the original odor of the resin. Non-flammable, non-explosive, non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-dangerous, safe and harmless to use, safe to handle and operate. This product is licensed for use in food contact plastics in many countries.

Application areas

Adding B564 to the formula of polyvinyl chloride will significantly improve the toughness of the product, but it will not have any adverse effects on the inherent properties of polyvinyl chloride, such as thermal stability and processability. B564 comes in powder form and is suitable for dry blending with PVC. Its mixture can be made into various rigid, semi-rigid and soft products such as pellets, films, sheets, plates, profiles, pipes and bottles through blow molding, calendering, extrusion and injection molding. B-564 focuses on improving the ultra-high impact strength and toughness of opaque PVC pipes (especially water supply pipes), PVC pipe fittings (especially water supply pipe fittings), and PVC profiles. B-564 has good dispersibility for injection molding processing in higher temperature, low shear area. In particular, the impact strength in the area of ​​ductile failure is greatly improved. Especially suitable for opaque injection-molded pipe joints, wire boxes, etc.
