DuPont Titanium Dioxide R103

TI-PURE@ R-103 (formerly DuPont R103) is a premium general-purpose rutile titanium dioxide pigment, uniquely designed to provide melt flowability for high-pigment content thermoplastic masterbatches, combined with high tinting strength and blue Hue, excellent resistance to cracking when applied to high temperature extrusion and lamination products. Chuntai TMR-103 readily wets thermoplastic surfaces and can greatly increase production speed when preparing thermoplastic masterbatches with certain mixing equipment.

The special blue phase of titanium dioxide R-103 is of special value when used in natural colored resins such as ABS and PC. Compared with the neutral color titanium dioxide, it can save up to 30% of the dosage to make the final Products meet the same requirements. Titanium dioxide R-103's unique alumina surface treatment makes it excellent in fading resistance.
